Malibu Bruschetta Sliders


4 1/2 each (10 ounces)

plum tomatoes, fresh, seeds and pulp removed

2 tablespoons (1 ounce)

olive oil

1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce)

balsamic vinegar

4-5 cloves (1/2 ounce)

garlic, fresh, minced

1 ounce

Parmesan cheese, grated

2 leafs (1 ounce)

basil, fresh, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

10 each (2 pounds)

Gardenburger® Malibu Burger Organic Vegan

10- 1/2 ounce slices (5 ounces)

fresh mozarella, sliced

1/4 cup 2 tablespoons (5 ounces)

balsamic glaze

10 each

small sandwich buns

Malibu Bruschetta Sliders


1. In bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Parmesan cheese and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Cook Gardenburger® Malibu Burger patties according to package instructions. Place burger on bottom half of bun. Top with about 1 ounce bruschetta mixture and 1 slice fresh mozzarella. Drizzle inside of top half of bun with balsamic glaze before placing on burger.
