Sunrise Skillet


1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray cooking spray in a large ovenproof skillet. Add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and Morningstar Farms® Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties - CN Label; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft, about 8 minutes. Add cumin and cook for about 2 minutes longer.
2. Add crushed tomatoes and their juices. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low to simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly, about 15 minutes.
3. Mix eggs and skim milk in a bowl and pour over the sauce mixtures. Bake in oven until eggs are set, about 12 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over eggs and serve.
