Eggo® Strawberry Blast Stacks

Ingredients

50 packages

Kellogg's® Eggo® Minis Maple Waffles

3 quarts (6 pounds)

low-fat vanilla yogurt

50 large each (2 pounds)

fresh strawberries,sliced

<bold><italic>Eggo</italic></bold>® Strawberry Blast Stacks

Directions

1. Toast Eggo® Waffles Minis Maple in toaster, until crisp on both sides.
2. Separate mini waffle slices into individual mini waffles.
3. Scoop about 2 ounces of yogurt on half of the mini waffles slices.
4. Divide strawberries evenly among the mini waffles.
5. Place other half of mini waffles slices on top, freeze overnight and serve.
