Ingredients

Gardenburger® Classic Hamburger - CN Label

50 each

4 inch whole wheat pitas, sliced in half

3 gallons 1 quart 1 cup (5 pounds)

lettuce, chopped

3 quarts (4 pounds 12 ounces)

fresh tomatoes, diced

3 quarts (2 pounds 12 ounces)

fresh cucumbers, diced

1 pint 1 cup (24 fl. ounces)

light ranch dressing

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat Gardenburger® Classic Hamburgers - CN Label in oven for 6 minutes, then slice thinly.
2. Place approximately 1/2 of a patty in each half of pita, stuff with approximately 3/4 ounce lettuce, 4 tablespoons tomato, 4 tablespoons cucumbers, and 1 tablespoon ranch dressing and serve.
