Ingredients

Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers

12.5 lb

Low fat American cheese sauce or Low fat shredded American cheese

25 lb

Shredded romaine lettuce

12.5 lb

Diced Tomatoes

25 lb

Refried beans or taco meat

Build for one serving:

1/2 cup

Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers

1/4 cup

Low fat American cheese sauce or Low fat shredded American cheese

1/2 cup

Shredded romaine lettuce

1/4 cup

Diced Tomatoes

1/2 cup

Refried beans or taco meat

Xtra Cheezy Panchos

Directions

1. Cook refried beans or taco meat.
2. Heat cheese sauce (if using).
3. Place ½ cup of Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers on plate.
4. Top with ½ cup of refried beans or taco meat.
5. Place ½ cup of shredded lettuce on the refried beans or taco meat, then pour ¼ cup of cheese sauce.
6. Top with ¼ cup of tomatoes.
7. Garnish with sour cream. Sliced jalapenos (optional).
