Cheez-It® Crusted Pollock Fillets

Ingredients

Eggs (17 whole eggs)

4 1/4 cups

2% milk

4 oz. portions Pollock fillets

6 1/4 lb

Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers, crushed

7 T.

grated parmesan

Cheez-It® Crusted Pollock Fillets

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine eggs and milk.
3. Place fish in egg and milk mixture.
4. Dredge fish into crushed Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers.
5. Sprinkle fish with parmesan.
6. Place on parchment lined sheet pan and into the oven.
7. Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for 15 seconds.
